These players can all be kept by their owners and retain their carryover status or picked up in the draft or via the waiver wire as long as they are on a roster before week 10 and remain on a roster til the end of the 2015 season to count as a carryover player for 2016. Those players that are not on a roster will count as veterans for there on out.
